One standardized biological collection kit. Use it as a healthy Reference, or after a meaningful health Event. Yours to activate whenever you need it.
No storage fee until you activate a collection.
Use your kit anytime to preserve a baseline biological specimen, before something happens, while you're well.
Keep your kit on hand and use it following a meaningful health event, an injury, illness, or moment worth understanding later.
Same kit. Same process. You choose how to use it when the moment comes.
Order one or more kits. Keep them on hand until you need one.
Complete one standardized biological collection, as a Reference or following an Event.
Tell us what you're preserving and, for an Event, when it happened.
Send your collection back using the provided return process.
Professional specimen custody begins once your collection is received and accessioned.
Once activated, your collection is professionally maintained within controlled biorepository infrastructure designed to preserve biological material over time.
Controlled biological storage conditions designed for long-term specimen preservation.
Your collection is individually accessioned and tracked.
Storage infrastructure is continuously monitored under established biorepository procedures.
Documented systems maintain specimen identity, location, and chain of custody.
Buying a kit does not start a storage subscription. Custody begins, and is billed, only once you activate a collection.
Already used a kit? Purchase custody above to begin professional preservation. If you have multiple preserved collections over time, each is billed at $120/year individually, not per kit purchased.
Your collection is maintained for you. Separately, you may choose to allow appropriately coded specimens and data to contribute to future scientific research.
Those who choose to participate can help researchers better understand human health, aging, injury, and biological change over time. It's never required to purchase a kit, never affects your price, and can be changed at any time.
No storage fee until you activate a collection.
A standardized biological collection kit. Use it as a healthy Reference or following a meaningful health Event. The same kit works either way, you decide at the time you use it.
No. Your kit purchase is a one-time payment. Professional Specimen Custody ($120/year) is a separate purchase that only begins once you've used a kit and activate a collection.
Yes. Many people buy several kits to keep on hand, for themselves or family members, in case a moment worth preserving comes up.
That's fine. You've paid only the one-time kit price. No ongoing custody fee applies unless and until you actually use it and activate custody.
For a Reference, basic identifying information. For an Event, we also ask what happened, when it happened (if known), and when you collected, so the timing of your specimen relative to the event is documented.
EVENT is a preservation service, not a diagnostic test. We do not currently provide disease diagnosis or predictions from your collection.
Your collection is maintained through a professional biorepository partnership. We'll share specific facility details once that partnership is finalized.
No. Research participation requires separate, affirmative consent, and is never a condition of purchasing a kit or activating custody.
Yes. You'll have defined options regarding continued custody, transfer, or destruction, detailed in your customer agreement.
